Individuals from De Jesus' family affirmed reports of her passing with posts via web-based entertainment.
On Jan. 13, her significant other, George Kowszik, communicated his shock and pain over her passing with a post on his Facebook page.

"I'm quite terrible with words and talking here," he composed. "I lost my wonderful spouse and my closest companion yesterday that I love such a great amount for her. I don't have the foggiest idea what to say."

De Jesus' little girl, Anna Clara, affirmed the news with a post on her mom's Instagram page on Jan. 15. The post highlighted a picture of De Jesus and a subtitle in Portuguese.
"We are exceptionally disheartened by the demise of our delightful mother. We thank you for every one of the requests and sympathies. Continue to appeal to God for us," interpreted text over the picture of De Jesus peruses.
A reason for death was not uncovered.
